Manage and guide large teams developing reports on energy efficiency and sustainability for government and utility clients. My expertise is in designing and evaluating utility energy efficiency programs, but I have distinguished myself with expertise in energy codes, technical reference manuals (TRM), and building energy benchmarking and disclosure policy. I have been managing employees for nearly a decade, and enjoy mentoring others so they have the tools to succeed. I am passionate about working in a green technology that allows me help others lower the environmental and economic impact of using energy. I believe climate change is the challenge of our generation, and I have focused my career to have a positive effect on my community and beyond.
