• Provided leadership for corrective action projects to improve product warranty and customer satisfaction, exceeding goals for large tractor and setting record low warranty for the 7R tractor platform of 1.5 FPM• Implemented multiple model year updates, bringing new features to customers and improving business results through margin and volume• Implemented cost and complexity reduction projects, improving product margin by $300k+ and freeing up as much as 1,200 sq. ft. of production space• Provided leadership of 12+ competitive benchmarking projects, gaining insights for current products and new product programs
