Keith brings his leadership training to everything he does and as Operations Manager at Tuck-It-Away Self Storage he has shown his ability to organize, motivate, and train his staff and managers. Tuck-It-Away is a growing company with many locations set in the 5 boroughs of NYC and Newark, NJ. The company has gotten more organized, technologically savvy, and customer oriented under the current leadership. Keith has played a big part in that positive change.Keith has managed and executed daily operations of 40 plus employees including shift scheduling; Human Resources matters, Finance, and Security for all facilities. He has been responsible for ensuring smooth operations for 15 facilities, whose staff work 10-hours per day, 7 days a week. He has helped increase overall occupancy in our facilities from 60% to 90% across all locations. And he has helped increase revenue collections consistently. All the while, he has worked closely with the General Manager and Owner on a daily basis and functioned as the liaison between management and internal staff.Keith has also played an integral part in running payroll and bonus functions, overseeing the IT and Customer Service departments, and working in legal, billing, purchasing, research and development, and the overall HR portions of the business. Most recently, as of October 2012, Keith has taken over the Sales Director position in which he will be running a staff of 3 in the tasks of increasing overall Sales revenue in rooms rented, buildings filled, and retail sold. The company has grown from 12 to 15 locations in the NYC area in recent years. Keith has been a key player in these increases in his short time with the company.

Keith has been trained for 12 years as a leader including two years as an enlisted Soldier, four years at the United States Military Academy at West Point, and six years as a US Army Officer culminating in a Company Commander position (HHC, 501st MI BDE in South Korea). Keith has received many awards as a Military Leader including the Meritorious Service Medal.Keith has recently added the position of Operations Manager where he is responsible for over 10 self storage facilities' maintenance and security. He is also in charge of over 30 employees including their schedules, payroll, human resources, customer service, training and daily activiies. Keith has directly contributed to growing the company's revenue and organization while in this position.His methods as a leadership coach have been tested and validated through military and corporate challenges and experience for over 20 years.

As President of Daneik Corporation Keith has used his leadership skills and work ethics to satisfy many customers in the real estae field. He has managed over $25 Million in properties at a time for private owners and several commercial properties as well. Keith has a Property Management Certification and over 10 years of hands-on experience in this field. He established business charter and business plan in October 2000.He managed and executed daily operations of four 20 unit residential buildings, and over 20 smaller two and three family properties in New York and Pennsylvania valued at over $25 million. He conducted background checks for potential employees/tenants several times each month. He managed renovations and construction projects totaling $100,000 (in 2009) on all properties to ensure they were completed on time and within budget. Also, he was actively involved in the day to day marketing and leasing including evaluating available space showings and engaging in lease discussions and negotiations.He still owns the busienss today, but has limited his client list while pursuing more corporate experience.

Led and Managed 140+ people for 13 months abroad; Located in Seoul, South Korea; Managed all administrative and finance needs for the members; Planned and conducted all training needed; Managed living quarters; Planned and executed building manager functions; Mediated all disputes between Managers, Teams, and Sections; Provided liason to Foreign (Korean) Military for US Military when needed; Performed Military Intelligence Officer functions as required.

Served in positions from 2nd Lieutenent to Captain in various positions of Military Intelligence Officer as well as leadership positions; Served in Operation Anaconda in Afghanistan as a Military Intelligence Analyst leading a small section of two members; Served as Company Executive Officer, Battalion Administrative Offier, and Battalion Logistics Officer leading staff sections up to 12 members; Developed my Independent Leadership abilities allowing me to successfully lead teams in fields of expertise outside my own official training for the good of the team.
