As Head of Solutions for EMEA, I have been responsible for establishing a new regional solutions capability, the first of its kind for Lemongrass. The team, working in close partnership with the sales and delivery organizations, is responsible for developing winning customer-centric propositions, aligning Lemongrass's excellence in SAP on AWS, Azure and GCP delivery with the needs of customers and prospects.I am personally responsible for leading strategic deals encompassing business case development, Cloud migration planning, ongoing managed services, S/4 upgrades and innovation. I take end-to-end responsibility across the sales lifecycle through contracting and handover to the delivery teams.In addition, I’m responsible for managing, growing and developing the Solutions Team in line with the growing Sales demands.

Headed up HCL AXON in South Africa responsible for end-to-end P&L. Achievements included the successful integration of UCS Solutions Enterprise Services division following its acquisition by HCL AXON, achieveing 25% CAGR over the 3 years. Grew heacount to c200 SAP professionals. During this period HCL AXON won both a SAP Quality Award for the Pick n Pay SmartShopper Programme and the SAP Alliance Partner of the Year Award.

As a Solution Architect I supported and led many prospective client engagements through the definition of new SAP-based solutions. I have led the design of both new SAP-enabled transformation programmes as well as the Competency Centres required to operate these after implementation.
