• Functional lead and subject matter expert for the supply chain implementation into Trax.• Designed and deployed over ~120 process and procedural changes (both regulatory and non-regulatory) for the supply chain team including automation of the repair cycle process.

• Responsible to manage a team of 30 expediters and 6 material planners that support the operation 24/7 to ensure that all material required for any MEL, AOG, production permit, Airworthy directive, or any other maintenance program item for ~200 aircraft at the time anywhere around the globe.

• With every AOG aircraft having a potential daily revenue loss that ranges from ~78K to ~440K per day when it is out of service, quick decisions were imperative in this role.• Primary role was to procure and coordinate logistics for all material required to return an aircraft to service, across the globe.

• Functional and technical lead in the creation of a database system from the ground up for all of Smith & Nephew Canada transportation claims caused by damage during the shipping process.• Additional duties included configuration of department PC’s incl. software installations & configuration, creation of “How To” user manuals, graphic design, and research and development.• Also acted as key website creator, web manager for Smith & Nephews Strategic Partnership Program as well as web administrator for the Smith & Nephew Global Wound Academy.
