I was the weird kid who wanted to grow up and be a CFO. Sure, I went through the fighter pilot and pro athlete stages too, but whether it was forecasting for my lemonade stand or getting in trouble for trying to play Monopoly during class, I kept being pulled in the direction of financial leadership. With nearly 20 years of experiences throughout multiple finance and accounting roles, and now as Managing Principal of CLA's Dallas Office, I continue to work towards a vision of creating opportunities for not only our entrepreneurs and "Main Street" businesses, but for the talent on our teams as well.Earlier in my career, I focused on driving both public and startup companies to profitable growth. Before CLA I was the business unit CFO at ICS, a $6B division of Fortune 12 company AmerisourceBergen, where I led strategic planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and client accounting. Previously, I was the corporate finance leader for Endochoice, a small-cap medical device company, where I built and modernized the corporate finance and FP&A teams, while refining the investor financial model ahead of EndoChoice’s IPO in 2015. My EndoChoice teams were also responsible for financial leadership in the company’s three business divisions.Prior to EndoChoice, I spent most of my career at Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where I held a series of progressive positions in international finance and corporate strategy, along with experiences in restructuring and market development. I began my career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
