The Deutsche Bank Championship is a full-field PGA TOUR championship sanctioned by the Tiger Woods Foundation with a average weekly attendance of 120,000 spectators. The first championship was held in August 2003. Deutsche Bank Americas, the Tiger Woods Foundations and IMG developed and opened the event in less than eight months. The championship has generated over $4.5 million in charity dollars in three years. I was named Championship Manager in January 2003, and promoted to Director of Operations in January of 2005.
