Keith has been privileged to serve in higher education since 2001. Over the breadth of his professional career, he has taught and mentored undergraduate and graduate students and partnered with civic, community, and higher education leaders to employ strategic systems to promote the holistic development and well-being of youth, college students, and educators.He earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and his master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Tennessee State University. He earned his doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University.Keith's scholarly interests are in the areas of leadership, learning, and psychology. He has offered an array of educational and social services to diverse populations in a variety of contexts which include state and private universities, mental health agencies, correctional facilities, and faith-based organizations.
