I oversee Benefits, Executive, Board, and Team Member Compensation, Payroll, Compliance, and our HR Support Center, with a focus on fostering programs that engage, motivate, and reward our people.With deep expertise in broad-based and executive compensation design, I specialize in variable pay plans, short- and long-term incentives, stock awards, and performance-based rewards. My experience also includes working closely with the Proxy, Compensation Committee, and Board to ensure our rewards strategies align with organizational goals and resonate with all stakeholders.Outside of work, I believe in giving back to the community and demonstrate this by serving on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee and leading our team member veterans group. As a dedicated husband and a proud father, watching my kids excel in sports—especially my son, who plays in the NFL—is one of my greatest joys.
