I excel at four marketable things.I can lead. I am very good at managing people to achieve a common goal. I am good at molding followers into leaders, and inspiring people to accomplish more than they thought they could. I can keep my eye on the "victory conditions" and make sure that all efforts are pointed in that direction. It is a task that I can do and do well.I can teach. I am very good at standing in front of a group of people and imparting knowledge to them. Or I can host a webinar and do the same. I have done this as Pervasive's lead trainer, and I have spent some time training people at every job I've held since then. I also teach in my private time, showing people my hobbies, and instructing my children on various life lessons. If you have the ongoing need for people to know and understand everything there is to know about your product or service, I can teach them.I can integrate. I can make your old application give up its data, then format that data correctly so your new application can digest it. I can arrange an interface between two applications that need to exchange data. I can automate these interchanges so they happen with little or no user intervention. I've been doing these things or teaching people to do these things for two decades. My preferred tools are Dell Boomi (Dev II Certified), Actian Data Connect, Web Services and SQL, but the concepts are the same for any tool set. I can run a live action interactive adventure. I can write the script, perfect the timing, hire the actors, hire the techs, hire the artists, deal with the media, manage the resources, manage the construction and whatever else is required. I have done this mostly for non-profit organizations and donated my time. The entertainment industry has changed though, and there is now the possibility for me to have gainful employment using this skillset. So, if that's something you need, I'm your man.
