• Lead a team of 3 Engineers to create solutions, system design, bill of quantities (BOQ), and technical documentation based on client/project requirements. • Working with cross-functional teams, to provide technical guidance and support to other team members throughout the project lifecycle. • Implementing quality control measures to ensure AV systems meet industry standards and client expectations. • Liasioning, developing, and managing relations with customers at all levels • Assisting in bidding and winning projects and in functional scoping of RFPs & RFIs
