Client Services Department: Oversaw staff responsible for serving physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in answering their laboratory related questions. Acquiring technical information for the latest testing available in the clinical laboratory. Provided up to the minute lab results to aid the clinician in the treatment of their patients. Processing Department: Managed staff responsible for preparing and sending specimens to the respective laboratory departments so that testing could be performed. This also included oversight of those specimens sent to various reference laboratories.Logistics Department: Responsible for overseeing the delivery of various collection products to our clients so that specimens could be collected. Responsible to ensure that specimens were picked up (via courier, UPS/FedEx, and airline flights) from clients throughout the Midwest to ensure their prompt delivery and viability for testing. Worked with both company managed and 3rd party logistics providers.

Conducted clinical research trials testing the efficacy of antibiotics for several pharmaceutical companies.
