I really dislike negative candidate and hiring team experiences. My goal is to help change how we approach recruiting even if its in a small way with a small company. The people we interact with should be treated well, be well informed, and they should always have a guide and an advocate for their interviewing experience. That's me and my teammates! I have had the priveledge of developing recruiting processes focused around positive experiences for all involved. I have also been able to create and implement interview training focused around reducing bias and increasing, once again, a better candidate experience. Ill say it again so I can add some exclamation points: Candidate experience matters!!
