I have over 20 years of experience in the U.S. Marine Corps, where I developed and executed strategies for manpower and personnel management, logistics information systems, and operational planning. My mission is to leverage my expertise in information technology, program management, and leadership to support organizations that are committed to excellence, innovation, and diversity. I am currently pursuing a certification in Six Morning Habits of High Performers from LinkedIn, as I believe in continuous learning and improvement.My final Human Resources position was Assistant Chief of Staff G-1 and Director of Manpower and Personnel at II Marine Expeditionary Force and 2d Marine Division, where I oversaw the coordination and execution of all G-1 related activities for up to 53,000+ Marines, Sailors, and civilians. I was also a strategic total force management planner, developing SOPs and directives for personnel policy, and finished my military career as Associate Professor of Naval Science and taught leadership & management for NROTC Georgia Tech and Morehouse College. I used my skills in management, program management, and leadership to deliver high-quality results, foster collaboration, and empower my team. I left the role in October 2018, after completing my service.
