I managed an expansion of the cable division to include the light duty segment at Dura and generated opportunities at 2 new customer locations. I also managed key accounts at 2 OEM locations.

I was responsible for managing accounts at several Tier 1 automotive suppliers. I coordinated the research, design, launch and manufacturing phases of our projects. I helped to successfully coordinate two new quality procedures that improved company performance greatly. I received a promotion in 2006 that significantly increased my role with the company.

I worked to qualify raw material options for our company to improve function or cost position. Validation projects started at the research stage and finished with launch of new materials. I also worked to develop new materials for existing applications where needed.
