As an Employee Experience Specialist at Woodard & Curran, I am committed to creating intentional connections between our nationwide hybrid workforce. My role involves collaborating with the Human Resources department and teams across the organization to establish, sustain, and strengthen employee connections that support Woodard & Curran's values, culture, recruiting, and retention objectives. I build programs and craft experiences that boost morale, sustain the company culture, and improve the overall employee experience. I am responsible for creating and sustaining communities within distinct geographic areas that strengthen employee connections within Woodard & Curran, in alignment with existing programs and partnerships with others. This includes executing an onboarding experience that establishes lasting connections to employees and the company, as well as an approach to employee recognition that is aligned with the company's values and vision. In addition, I plan events and activities to bring our staff together for team building, learning, planning, and strategizing. I coordinate with other corporate and consulting teams to develop an annual calendar of events, communicate with office leaders and coordinators to ensure the successful execution of planned events, and create and manage events budgets for base camps.I support engagement and community-building initiatives that emerge from employee listening data, bringing forward recommendations and solutions, and collaborating with appropriate partners. I also launch and assist with both new and current onboarding and orientation tools, processes, events, and experiences to drive higher levels of engagement and satisfaction with our employees. As a member of the company's recognition committee, I ensure alignment between the program and the company's values and vision, and I develop and manage the company's milestone anniversary and recognition programs.
