I spend my working life helping lawyers and law firms to develop their skills and practices and I love it! I believe the key to making a difference to a business is to understand it thoroughly, think strategically and act practically. I understand law firms and the psyche of lawyers because I have worked exclusively with a large number of them over the past 15 years, experience which I am grateful for and which I believe is very valuable. Law firms despite having differences which need to be respected and dealt with, are businesses and my aim is to help to create business-like professionals and firms.
