The case had high-level management visibility on the customer side and they were pushing hard for a quick resolution as the business was severely impacted. I tried to fast track this case to our advanced team as per our established procedures, but the advanced team was fully engaged with other work, so I took it upon myself to work this case until someone from the advance team was able to take over. I was able to get the production environment back up and running in a short period of time. The impact of the production environment was minimized and the customer appreciated my efforts.

I also took the time to give the customer an overview of Notes and also sent her links to documentation to help her. Not only did she give me a great customer survey, each time I picked up her call, but she also said how happy she was that I picked up the call.
