Keith Heller is Founder and Chief Strategist at Heller Consulting, a nation-wide firm that helps nonprofits streamline their operations and maximize their use of software to advance their missions. Heller Consulting has over 40 employees with offices in San Francisco, Chicago and New York, and has helped more than 1,500 nonprofits. Keith’s career has been focused on the strategies nonprofits use to engage their constituents to successfully support and deliver their missions, and the technologies that best support those goals. He started Heller Consulting to help Raiser’s Edge DOS users. In the years since he has stewarded the firm as it’s grown in scale and scope to become one of the largest consulting organizations supporting nonprofits to adopt sophisticated CRM systems such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics CRM and develop and execute proven and cutting-edge online communication strategies. He’s a recognized thought-leader in the field, regularly publishing and speaking about aligning nonprofit strategies with CRM and online systems.
