Our primary focus is on Class B & C mid-sized office and retail properties typically valued between $1m to $20m throughout San Diego County. I joined McKee Company in 2010 as a Regional Supervisor for the company's residential property management division, McKee Properties which was established in 1982. In May 2013, I formed and developed our company's commercial real estate property management division, McKee Commercial. Each year, we have exponentially grown our division primarily by hard work, loyal client relationships and referrals. Maximized organizational productivity by coordinating and conducting due diligence activities during acquisitions, preparing investment packages for equity sources / lenders and reporting to internal / external capital sources on a quarterly basis. Directed and carried out Asset Management responsibilities during the hold period after acquisition.

Provided independent inspections and analysis of residential / commercial real estate properties located throughout San Diego, Riverside, and Imperial Counties.

Bridge and construction portfolio lender which provided non-recourse loans on assets valued between $5m - $150m throughout the U.S. The company’s commercial real estate business and portfolio was purchased by I-Star Financial in 2008. Analyzed and valued commercial real estate assets from $5 to $150 million for bridge and construction lending. Performed property underwriting and due diligence pertaining to valuation / feasibility, cash flow projections, market analysis, property inspection, and condition assessment. Prepared loan committee presentation packages for loan approval.
