• Analysing KPIS and producing strategies to achieve these e.g. Days Earnt on Vehicles.• Post extensive training in risk & business growth, a large part of the role is sales and customer engagement. Top half of Sales leaderboard since February. Key to this has been product knowledge & objection handling from CX.• Working on the Management Development Folder. First project surrounded Success Failures Log (tool used by the firm to obtain feedback from CX). Project II TBC.

Having initially worked on business consultancy and marketing related tasks for TrackGenesis as part of a university employability course, I then accepted an offer to rejoin the firm in a business development role. During my tenure with the company I designed a new website, completed business model and value proposition canvases for the firm, amongst other tasks. Additionally I researched leads to create more business for the firm and successfully brought in 3 deals in the Food & Drink and Fashion industries. This also grew the brand's exposure internationally. Moreover I undertook training to learn how SEO/social media could improve the firm's marketing capacity.

Working within the Tools and Reporting Feature Team, I undertook a project which aimed to build more effective customer journeys across 3 Feature Teams. I analysed the current process, researched how other teams in the bank work with customers and analysed supporting tools such as Qualtrics Software. I then built in contributions from various Stakeholders across the bank as I Designed a new process for these teams.Alongside a CSR project where we raised over £300 for The Princes Trust, I took part in a Business Project alongside 4 peers. Our brief essentially tasked us with utilising automated and digital solutions to improve the efficiency of an existing process within the bank and through such, obtain cost savings where possible. My Team and I built a questionnaire which would help us find out about existing processes within bank and what needed improving. This was filled out by over 20 colleagues from various divisions in the banks. We then critically analysed various options before going forward with one. We researched agile methodologies, AI technologies, costings and existing processes in order to design the process. Over 15 stakeholders were involved in helping us build the concept from start to finish. Presentation day saw solid results with the judges impressed with the solution.Alongside the aforementioned three projects, there was various development sessions. Topics included Python, stakeholder management, EQ, presentation skills, amongst others. There were also business speaker sessions on topics such as Sustainability and Data.

During the Covid-19 pandemic I worked at Sainsbury’s in the online department. I worked 40hours + during lockdown and in less than a year, I up-skilled and learnt all roles within my department: Online Shopper, General Assistant and Online Driver. Often opening the department in the morning, I learnt about Sainsbury’s business operations, alongside developing my commercial acumen. I continue to learn at work every week and always look for new opportunities – for example I completed my training as a driver. During the second lockdown I helped my department adjust to increased demand and I continued to look for further personal development opportunities within my role. For example, I often had discussions with management about how we deal with Supply and Demand forecasting.I rejoined the company October 2022.

Worked as a café/bar assistant at Aberdeen University Student Association. Job included preparing beverages, serving customers and undertaking Café maintenance tasks. The job improved my ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, busy environments. I have gained solid experience as a Barista which has continued my personal development. The job also improved my cultural awareness via interacting with customers from all backgrounds.

• Pre role with University of Aberdeen Student’s Association as a Café/bar assistant, I worked for Maxwell Bruce Recruitment as a trainee recruiter. In addition to auditing potential candidates and creating a deal with a notable client within Ireland, I learnt how to utilise the firms CRM system. Key competencies developed include negotiation and problem solving.
