My Team and I built a questionnaire which would help us find out about existing processes within bank and what needed improving. This was filled out by over 20 colleagues from various divisions in the banks. We then critically analysed various options before going forward with one. We researched agile methodologies, AI technologies, costings and existing processes in order to design the process. Over 15 stakeholders were involved in helping us build the concept from start to finish. Presentation day saw solid results with the judges impressed with the solution.Alongside the aforementioned three projects, there was various development sessions.
