I taught these courses to 365 Midshipmen at USNA, was an academic adviser to 50 midshipmen and was a submarine community mentor to 150 midshipmen. I received consistently positive feedback from faculty and students alike and was nominated for the military faculty teaching award in 2019.I was also the Finance and Investing Club Officer Representative and helped mentor and facilitate the Midshipmen-led Sexual Harassment and Assault Education Program to eliminate sexual harassment and assault from the Naval Academy and the Fleet.

In this role, I coordinated the efforts of senior plant managers, up to and including the Site Vice President, Corporate Managers in Birmingham, AL and external consultants. Developed and managed 25 key metrics to optimize production and productivity.Passed the Generic Fundamentals Exam administered by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission with a 96%.

Coordinated and ensured the safe operation of all allied submarine assets in the European and African theaters on a shift rotation.I was also the Program Manager for all special technical programs in the European theater. I controlled access, administered all assets and documentation and personally briefed senior executives (Admirals) on capabilities and implementation and operation of these assets. Significantly improved the administration and passed our external audit with no significant deficiencies noted.In this capacity, I also managed a project which led to the disestablishment of two highly-sensitive and costly programs which saved the U.S. taxpayer $53 million a year. This required extensive coordination between internal staff and external stakeholders, including foreign entities.
