Re-certified 2012 and 2014.• Directed the Development and revision of all county Emergency Plans, including Mitigation and Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP), and is currently directing the development of Regional Emergency Plans and Battle Books. • Directs and Coordinates the Emergency Operations Center during all emergencies and disasters. (EOC)• Served as Vice-Chairman of the Southeast Kansas Regional Homeland Security Council. • Authored and developed the initial technical manual for a black box recorder for F-16 jets and British Trafalgar Class submarines, and independently supervised heat, vibration and stress testing of the device for developmental purposes. • Provided Quality Assurance Auditing of classified recording devices and testing procedures.
