Provide continuing training and guidance to the HRO staff on the use of DCPDS and its associated programs. Act as office web master. Additional duties include ADPE Equipment Custodian. IMPAC card Holder and supply clerk. Distance learning and satellite communications coordinator. Sub-net administrator for the State Headquarters segment of the Air National Guard Local Area Network, to include, troubleshooting communications problems, troubleshooting and maintenance of network hardware, such as routers, switches, servers and cabling. Provided periodic recurring and add hock queries for senior leadership, supervisors and external customers upon request. Over saw the conversion of our HRO data from the Legacy Cobol based DCPDS to Modern DCPDS using the off the Shelf Oracle HR tool. Proficient in the use of Oracle Discoverer 4.0 to produce Ad Hoc queries of personnel data for quality assurance and senior leadership/agency statistical reporting requirements. I used UNIX OS software to manage the storage and maintenance of HR database. Used CITRIX software for remote host server software access. Converted DESIRE/Discoverer.
