As the Executive Head Coastal, I was responsible for establishing and scaling the Coastal Business from the ground up. Starting with no physical office or team, I successfully launched the Coastal region operations, securing numerous enterprise and mid-size accounts and surpassing revenue growth and market penetration expectations. I hired and built a high-performing coastal-based team, which has since grown into the second-largest office globally for Synthesis. My efforts transformed a nascent market presence into a thriving hub of innovation and client success.Beyond driving regional growth, I contributed to Synthesis’s broader leadership team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and value proposition. I conceived the idea for the Data & Analytics business unit, which quickly became the fastest-growing division within Synthesis. Incedo acquired UP2 Solutions to expand its reach into the African continent as well as UP2's north American client base and specialised expertise in embedded software engineering and data integration.My role within Incedo was to further expand the business into Africa and Europe and I was a member of the Global Leadership team.

I was a shareholder and member of the founding team of Delos Technology, a Master Data Management product which was acquired by Siperian Inc and in turn by Informatica to become their MDM Hub. Delos was founded in Cape Town, South Africa, before moving it's HQ to Toronto, Canada as part of the VC deal with Brightspark Ventures.After raising Venture Capital funding in Toronto, Canada, the core engineering and Head Office was transferred to North America to drive the global business strategy. My role expanded to drive Sales and Marketing internationally, whilst also continuing to manage the South African business which was South Africa's first Microsoft Gold Business Intelligence partner as well as award winning Business Intelligence Oracle Platinum partner.Delos underwent a re-branding exercise to Siperian Inc and was later sold to Informatica Inc to form a core component of its MDM Hub.I exited the business to follow new opportunities and retained my shares in Informatica Inc.
