As the Senior Development Manager I oversaw and directed our real estate development projects focused on early stage design and entitlement efforts. Our primary projects included large-scale commercial developments in the Bay Area with an emphasis on micro-units and group housing.

John Malick an Associates is a San Francisco based architecture firm that specializes in high-end residential design and small scale commercial and secondary school master planning. As a project designer, I worked on a variety of projects developing them from the initial design concepts through the design and construction phases of each project. I was responsible for both the overall management of projects as well as design development and construction administration.

Studied the integration of agriculture and architecture at the community of Prairie Crossing in Grayslake, IL. Produced one of the first publications on this topic titled, "Building Communities with Farms," which examined five innovative communities in the United States that designed agriculture into their community master plans.

As a Job Captain with BPA+P I worked with several project architects on projects ranging from a master plan for a 1+ million sq. ft. resort development in Snowmass, Colorado to a 18,000 sq. ft. equestrian ranch in Aspen, CO. BPA+P is a 50+ person architecture firm that specializes in high-end residential design, golf course master planning, resort and ski town master planning and commercial/retail design.
