The program is responsible for performing all Tier I, II, and III information technology management and support services in a diverse server (RHEL, Windows, AIX, Solaris, Unix, IaaS, PaaS, Webfarm) and mainframe environment. We are also responsible for administration of all the monitoring systems. We provide the Incident Management team and manage all incidents for the entire organization. Manage, hire, conduct performance reviews, coach and mentor, counsel, and train a division consisting of an Operations group, a DBA group, a System Admin group and an Applications Admin group (40 people) that support a Data Center which consist of 600 servers that are highly virtualized using VMware, which is mostly Oracle over RHEL with about 15% Windows Server 2008. It includes 4 Oracle RACs, 6 F5s as well as numerous Brocade switches and is segregated into 16 distinct Development, Testing and Production environments. The division is responsible for: release management and change management activities, resource and environment management, research/analyze new system requirements and production issues to determine impact on systems/system architectures and to recommend appropriate actions/solutions, proto-typing environments; preparing maintenance estimates; hardware/software impacts, risks, and security measures required to manage releases, changes, resources, and environments.

Provided project management, program management and oversight on the delivery of the $7 Million Web Application Firewall (WAF) Security Appliances Project in a complex, geographically dispersed matrix organization.
