International business leader passionate about building teams to stand up and grow global businesses, with breadth of experience across commercial, operational, and technology functions.Currently, I am leading the Cordis Vascular Closure portfolio with a focus on new product R&D, business development, and growth in China. Previously, as a Strategic Marketing leader based in Shanghai, I drove development of Key Opinion Leader relationships around our Compression portfolio and a go-to-market strategy for reimbursement and adoption challenges in the Chinese market. I also served as the Commercial Operations and Integration leader for Asia Pacific based in Tokyo, Japan, completing two major integrations of the $2B Cordis and $6B Patient Recovery acquisitions. Because of the lack of existing APAC infrastructure, these integrations required significant work to stand up the business, including new ERP and other technology implementations and supply chain setup.Before joining Cardinal Health, I had built experience establishing and expanding businesses in a range of industries, including a major fashion retailer, a government agency responsible for consumer packaged goods, and a technology firm. I graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Economics.
