Alm joined the International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR) as Chief Operating Officer in 2019, after serving as a consultant and strategist to the society for nearly a decade. As COO, Alm oversaw the organization’s integrated marketing, technology, policy, administrative, and financial teams.

Advise on business development and market strategies, financial management and modeling, brand management, human resources and operating models. Launched two start-ups.
