My roots are in the Business Consulting & IT Services market, but I have expanded my expertise over the last decade to other critical areas of the sector including SaaS/Software and Business Process Outsourcing as well as key technology domains like IoT and Cloud. In May 2023, I joined Xebia as the Global Chief Marketing Officer with responsibility for all aspects of marketing and communications — from brand to demand. Xebia is a diverse global IT consulting and services organization specializing in Agile, DevOps, Data and AI, Cloud, Software Tech and Low Code.Prior to Xebia, I was the CMO of Persistent, a fast-growing global Digital Engineering company with locations in 19 countries. During my tenure at Persistent we doubled revenue to $1B (23.5% 3yr CAGR), grew team to 22,500 and drove market leading shareholder value creation (720% return in three years).As CMO, I led a comprehensive and sustainable transformation of the company’s marketing function, delivering greater efficiency and effectiveness from the investments in people, process, and technology. I also developed, launched, and activated a new brand system for the company, ultimately increasing brand value by 268% during my tenure. According to the Brand Finance organization, Persistent was the fastest growing Indian IT brand in 2022, 3rd fastest growing across all industries and entered the Top 25 Global IT Brands.
