Rails-to-Trails Conservancy is a national organization with more than 160,000 members and supporters dedicated to transforming unused rail lines into multipurpose trails. Since its founding in 1986, RTC has worked with communities to create more than 23,000 miles of rail-trail that are used by tens of millions of Americans every year for walking, running, skating and biking. Keith was responsible for overseeing all activities related to trail building, policy advocacy, public education, finances and management.
