About Keith Leonard

I am a Technology Senior Agile Scrum Master, with over 10 years of experience in program management, project management and agile leadership. I hold a PMP certification and agile scrum certification, demonstrating my proficiency and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions for complex business and technology challenges. In my current role, I mentor, train, and support two technology software teams on the migration journey from waterfall to agile using the scrum and kanban principles. I facilitate the daily and weekly scrum ceremonies, and use JIRA and Tableau software tools to track and report on the progress, quality, and risks of the migration projects. I also collaborate with the business stakeholders and the application managers to ensure alignment and satisfaction with the software functionality and the code modernization. In addition, as a Senior Project Manager, I managed and facilitated the successful migration of over 90 Wells Fargo applications to the cloud platforms for five lines of business, including Wealth Management, Community Banking, Consumer Lending, Technology Operations Group, and Audit-Finance.Previously, I was a Program Manager and a Senior Project Manager at FIS and SunGard, where I led and mentored globally dispersed technology software teams that delivered ASP-based suite of retirement services products (401k, 403a, 403b) for major clients. I built and executed effective project delivery models, planned and managed multi-million dollar budgets, and delivered multiple releases that resulted in client sales of over $20 million in one quarter. I also applied my skills in feasibility analysis, business process reengineering, IT governance, and SDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle) methodologies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of various technology solutions, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SaaS (Software as a Service), web portal, web services, and workflow automation. My mission is to build strong, respectful, honest, and engaging relationships with executives, clients, and cross-functional team members, and to leverage my expertise in agile scrum and project management to deliver solutions that meet the business and technology goals. I am passionate about learning new skills, technologies, and best practices, and sharing my knowledge and experience with others. I am always looking for opportunities to improve processes, enhance quality, and increase efficiency. I am motivated by challenges, innovation, and collaboration.
