Identified the unique on-boarding needs for employees in a variety of HR Specialist roles. Recommended and outlined a plan to build solutions to improve the on-boarding experience, and identified ways to measure and improve the employee time to efficiency.Developed an automated email program that targets new HR Specialist employees and their managers for the employees first 90 days. Email program sends out weekly emails to improve employee time to efficiency in their new role, and manager's on-boarding capabilities.

Responsible for the well-being, safety, training, mentoring and morale of 10 Soldiers and up to 240 Basic Combat Training Soldiers. Successfully stood up Echo Company 1-13th in a limited time and was able to build a team of Soldiers able to train Basic Training Soldiers. Oversaw three Basic Training cycles and the training and graduation of over 600 Soldiers. Assisted and advised Leadership that rotated every two-three weeks on all matters involving training, property, ammunition and logistics for executing Basic Combat Training. Signed and directly responsible for equipment valued at over $3.5 million dollars. Tasked with executing the Safety Program, Equal Opportunity Program, Hazardous Materials Program and Key Control Program.- Rated top Lieutenant against peers in Battalion.- Only property book holder in Battalion with zero loss of property- Company rated top in Brigade for command supply discipline. Turned in more property than any Company in Brigade

As a trained communications officer, was tasked to serve as a Distribution Platoon Leader deployed to Afghanistan in support of both combat and homefront operations. Responsible for the well-being, safety, training, mentoring and morale of over 34 Soldiers located in three locations across western Afghanistan. Assisted and advised the Company Commander on all matters involving Fuel, Ammunition and ground logistics. Managed and maintained over 6 million dollars in equipment. Tasked with executing the commander's Equal Opprotunity and Hazardous Materials program.- Worked directly with Italian, Spanish, British and Afghan forces to complete combat missions.- Rated top three in Battalion of 24 Lieutenants

Planned, corrdinated and executed the operation and maintenance of all wartime and homefront communications to include radio and computer. Responsible for a 12 man communications section. Successfully executed two, one month training execises in New Mexico and Louisiana without incident as the youngest communications officer in the Brigade.
