Keith is the founder and CEO of Vcast – a leading streaming solution provider based in Hong Kong with track records of over 1,000+ large-scale projects such as HK Handover 97, China Anniversary 50', HK Millennium Extravaganza, Olympic 2008, Central Cyber Government Office, Policy Address & Budget Speech, Hospital Authority IP-based Broadcasting Platform, etc. Presently Vcast has been accredited with several awards including Gold Award of 2008 Hong Kong ICT Awards, Certificate of Merit of 2008 HK Awards for Industries, Innovative Wi-Fi Services and Applications in the ‘Ubiquitous City- HK’ Project, and Innovative TD-SCDMA Services and Applications in ‘HK Cyberport TD-SCDMA Service Development Centre’ Project. With extensive experience in IT, sales and marketing, Keith has consulted a number of reputable clients in media, listed companies, MNCs, education and public sectors.Keith studied Executive Master Degree in Marketing from the City University of New York and a Professional Diploma in Corporate Governance and Directorship. He was the Executive Committee Member of Hong Kong Wireless Technology Industry Association, Fellow Member of Hong Kong Institute of Directors (FHKIoD), Member of The Project Management Institute, IVE Course Validation Board External Member, IVE External Examiner and Non-Executive Director of HK Joint School Campus TV Association. Keith was awarded and appointed as the first Asian member of Association of Online Professional (AOP), ex-vice-chairman of HK Amateur Communication Association (HKACCA), committee member of International Webcasting Association (IWA), High-IQ society (143+), and ex-head of several worldwide BBS networks. Keith is active in multiple domains and joined as members of various associations and professional communities such as HK Computer Society (MHKCS), HKUYA, HK Institue of Marketing (EHKIM), EcoTech Professional Association, IEEE, IPM, etc. Over the past years, Keith is actively involved in charity, community services and has been the speakers for IT & other industry conferences and interviewed by media such as TVB, ATV, Metro Radio, Economic Times, Capital Weekly, Sing Tao, Ming Pao, Campus Today, SCMP, Computerworld, etc.
