Having vast experiences especially in World renowned brands of reducers and motors. Currently the assembly partner of Siemens Simogear geared motors, integrated drive system (IDS) assembly centre and service centre for FLENDER, one of the market leaders in industrial gear worldwide. Two factories (one mechanical & the other electrical) that provide one stop solution, regardless of brands (assembly /overhaul/ refurbishment/testing/FAT) for reducers, motors, couplings (various type of fluid couplings) and all other electrical rotating equipments. Undertook one of the biggest bulk handling projects ever for power plant in Malaysia that consisted of 41 sets of IDS (with biggest of 800KW) which were all locally assembled, tested and successfully commissioned. Secured & successfully executed various high profiled clients’ reducers/motors service contract with tight scheduled and stringent quality criteria. Serviced/Overhauled all brands of reducers/motors and average monthly capacity of 45 sets. ASRS is another area that we are picking up in view of the demand from logistics related sectors in the past 5 years .

Acquired the company in 2014 that specialises in motor/electrical rotating equipment overhaul, rewinding & etc. BODS has been investing heavily since the acquisition where a new factory at prime location was purchased and equipped with 30tons overhead crane , brand new Shenck balancing machine , new Jenlor Samatic Rewinding machine from New York, ABB Transformer , new power substation with additional 1000 amps and machinery for machining and so forth . We expect the ROI to be in the year of 2023 with such a huge investment . Its facilities are considered to be one of the best in this field .
