Credited with developing curriculum and course materials in addition to leading classes/workshops that generate enthusiasm and promote growth. Coordinate course offerings for specific clients which includes scheduling and making all necessary arrangements for materials, pre-class communications, training room adjustments, technology, on site representatives etc. Analyze results, make recommendations for training improvement, and integrate changes in curriculum and/or courses. In addition, I also have completed extensive certification and education on learning technologies and hands-on technical skills. I am in the process of completing a certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Illinois.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated the ability to adapt quickly to new technology and changing best practices in education/adult learning .I am interested in exploring new career opportunities.
