I created a short sale mitigation system which was available for agents to buy. I wrote "Making Short Stories out of Short Sales" which was a guide for agents to use when they encountered a homeowner who owed more than their home was worth but needed to sell. This book helped agents navigate through the short sale process with EVERY lender.

My duties included building the brand name, recruiting agents, training them, and increasing sales.

I created many programs and spoke nationally on the changing real estate market. I listed and sold property from first time home buyers to luxury homes.As a national speaker, I lectured and consulted with the top companies of Coldwell Banker nationally.

I oversaw the recruiting and training for an 8 office/350 agent real estate company whose main office was in Salt Lake City, Utah. While there, I had been instrumental in having the offices become the most technologically advanced companies in the United States, with wireless services, automated database management software, virtual tours, website tools, and much more.
