Built a new cloud based consolidated billing and financial operating platform that services over 12K members and 160 participating vendors.Responsibilities included designing and building a new technology organization that delivered an integrated call center, digital platforms, consolidated billing platform and cloud based ERP.Led the successful exit of PECAA from our private equity owners to VSP in September 2022.

Responsible for driving Solace's product vision and client engagements across our largest global financial services clients. Collaborating with senior executives and our ecosystem partners to bring secure hybrid cloud solutions to capital markets, banking and insurance firms.Presenting at industry events including fintech, payments and regtech conferences. Developing new go to market offerings for market data solutions and managed data services offerings.

Led IBM’s global relationship with the Banking industry’s largest wholesale firm. Drove significant expansion of portfolio market share with direct leadership for a 10 person global sales and technical organization that successfully implemented corporate payments, financial risk, cloud, high performance compute, trade surveillance and cyber security programs. Member of IBM’s extended Hyperledger Blockchain team that secured endorsement and participation from the wholesale bank. Formed initial working group between IBM Research and the bank to explore Quantum Computing use cases.

Directed IBM’s strategic technical relationship with one of the world’s largest universal banks. Programs included digital transformation, sustained resiliency, consumer and corporate payment modernization, and core retail banking modernization. Innovated by leveraging big data and analytics, open linked data, and application development process improvement.

Chief Architect for the Healthcare Integrated General Ledger Accounting System (HIGLAS) program, which modernized Medicare's core accounting systems. Lead this 250 person program that implemented the Oracle Federal Financials ERP suite which processes 7% of the US GDP.

Several consulting leadership positions focused on Healthcare Payor/Provider clients and developed early high scale web based client business.Lead architect in IBM's Global Business Services consulting organization focusing on Telecommunications, Media and Financial Services organizations.

Responsible for several development and architecture projects which delivered major Information Technology transformation projects including development of the largest internally built client server project. Projects included global help desk for all of AT&T.
