Keith works with small to large clients across the private and public sector on a range of HR & Organisation Development challenges including HR strategy, change programmes, organisation/structure reviews, engagement strategies, building managerial/employee capability and legislation and best practice compliance. Supporting and aligning organisations and their people to make them more effective is our core focus by helping them plan, innovate, build and engage with sustainable, pragmatic solutions developed in partnership with clients.

Keith and his team provide HR Consulting Services to clients across the public and private sector. The team's expertise ensures they can provide a full range of HR services to their clients. The range of services includes: - Conducting HR/Employment Practice Audits against legislation and best practice- Supporting the development and roll out of Organisational Development interventions- Leading Recruitment and Selection projects for key roles- Training design, development and delivery- Advising on a broad range of HR/OD matters
