Collaborate, with the Sterile Supply Focus Factory Leadership Team in order to reliably supply compliant vaccines and medicines to our patients. Manage the engineering, maintenance and utilities support for the sterile supply areas.

Provide engineering, maintenance and utilities support for several VVM Areas. I received extensive training in predictive maintenance and reliability engineering, while establishing the preventative/predictive maintenance plans for VVSS in Building 38. Managed root cause analysis while championing numerous APR's, DA's and completing CAPA's. My duties also include; participating in Merck internal and external cGMP audits and regulatory inspections. I led the revitalization of the Building 38 Still Room and WFI generation and distribution for Buildings 28 & 38. During this time I have expanded my roles of responsibility to include the oversight of the engineering staff that supports Culture Media and Sterile Supply in Buildings 28 and 38 and was appointed a member of the VVM Support Services Leadership Team.

Managed several research buildings while maintaining and improving the overall building operations and ensuring compliance with cGMP initiatives. I provided project management leadership by developing and completing projects that increased the speed, flexibility, reliability, and operational efficiency for the owners while simplifying maintenance assignments and reducing overall energy usage.

As an agency employee for Merck my duties included; managing research facilities; project management for renovation work; ensuring compliance with Merck standards and safety requirements. I also, assisted in the maintenance of the research site by, organizing project shutdowns, and preventative maintenance compliance.

Responsibilities included evaluating numerous facilities property conservation efforts and providing consulting services to help prevent and control losses. I was accountable for identifying, quantifying and reporting loss exposures from fire and associated perils.

Initially hired to oversee hospital grounds and housing complex. Additional areas of responsibility were soon acquired to include: managing all satellite facilities; project management for over eighty hospital renovations; providing design drawings and floor plans using CAD; ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies including OSHA, JACHO, NJDOH, and NJDEP. I assisted the Director of Engineering in the operation and maintenance of the hospital. This included supervising a staff of seventy five, preparing departmental budgets, organizing and overseeing training, safety, and departmental development.

Managed production, quality control and plant maintenance for the plating line. I supervised five employees who operated and maintained various pieces of equipment on the production line.
