Led organization of 50 engineers in designing, developing, testing and maintaining the LiveOps Contact Center Platform, a complex distributed system recognized as the most stable and robust cloud contact center platform in the industry. Responsibilities of my organization included platform API services, database infrastructure and schema, telephony services, historical reporting and real-time monitoring systems, platform QA, and devops (including continuous delivery pipeline).

As the manager of the CRM Architecture group, I direct a team of specialist engineers towards the creation and fulfilment of an industry-leading vision for CRM software. We evaluate new technologies and facilitate the larger development team's application of those technologies. We also guide all major architectural decisions and review designs to ensure architectural consistency. Finally, we are leading our division's charge into development using Oracle's next-generation Fusion toolkit.I am personally responsible for the development of telecommunications and web services-oriented prototypes. I recently completed a software project to integrate the Asterisk open-source PBX with a BPEL process engine via web services.

As the Sales Development Manager, I manage the activities of a top-notch software application development team responsible for both Sales and Strategic Account Planning applications. This includes estimating, scoping, designing, programming, unit testing, and supporting the system and platform release efforts. I also work closely with Product Management, QA, Information Development, Product Support Development, and Sales Support to release products on time and with outstanding quality.
