I'm a builder of people, teams and companies. My viewpoints have formed from direct leadership roles in IT, technical support, software sales, implementation and training services. This experience led me to a belief that transformative companies are 'customer' vs 'product or marketing' focussed. It has also taught me that our key asset in life is the relationships that we build along the way.
