As we grew, I was responsible for Project Management (Agile methodology, using Jira) with teams in London, India and Ukraine; and release management, testing, cost analysis, app delivery (Android/iOS).I also continued coding, working on the platform API: PHP/MySQL + Yii framework backend and some Angular for CMS.Liaising with and making technical presentations to new clients.

Continuing a project started at Ultraviolet, implemented an end-to-end system for delivering streamed video of live games and on-demand programmes for subscribers; this involved studio and off-site technical set up, web implementation and maintainence right through to user support.

UV Media created websites, interactive advertising, bluetooth marketing. Among other projects, I implemented the first version of the new Rangers TV

Zamsana acquired Mixipix, evolving the platform, and work now included their Business-oriented mobile Apps.

Mixipix launched a dedicated mobile front-end to its sophisticated content delivery system, allowing users to create and send animated cartoon messages directly from their mobile phones. My role included responsibility for development, liaison with mobile phone networks and clients, and content delivery.

Agile Radish created CDROM children's entertainment (including the Fun & Funky series and Lemon Dog titles); also online (Flash) games, with pay to play subscriptions, for a major board games distributor (including various Top Trumps titles, Pass The Pigs, Pit, Coda). We also produced content for games companies Steel Monkeys and Red Lemon

DC Studios created mobile phone games for a wide variety of Java handsets and Game Boy Advance.My role as Producer was to manage development teams, on-site and abroad, to deliver tested product, and to liaise with brand owners. Projects included platform game "Charmed" for Paramount/In-Fusio.

Inner Workings pioneered CD-i entertainment, but evolved to produce entertainment/games on other platforms (CDROM, Playstation, PC) - games included "Plane Crazy", "Lemon Dog in Soundland", "The Jolly Postman" series and these were produced for Oxford University Press, Dorling-Kindersley, Philips Media, Sega Entertainment among others. My role changed as the company grew from 3 to 70 staff: I gained experience in graphics (2D and 3D), coding (primarily Director), sound/music creation, product design, content editorial.
