People & Culture Director
As a region-focused People & Culture Director I am responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives to support and enable the Firm’s short and long-range goals by acting as a strategic business partner to various practice leaders and their respective leadership teams. In this role I am also charged with the development of strategic human resource plans; employee relations; campus recruiting and all employee and consultant on-boarding; support of leadership, coaching and development; support of organizational vision and core values; performance management; regulatory compliance; compensation systems administration and communication; and organizational planning, development and change management.
