I am qualified as a barrister and called to the Bar of England and Wales (Middle Temple)(尊贵的中殿律师学院) with broad criminal and civil litigation practice in Malaysia as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.I have founded Messrs Keith Moo & Co., a boutique litigation law firm based in Kuala Lumpur that focuses exclusively on Criminal Defence Services, Civil & Commercial Litigation, General Litigation and General Business & Corporate Advisory.I am able to take instructions as solicitor and both as a sole counsel and as part of a team.I commenced legal practice in Messrs Lim & Hoh to shadow Mr David Hoh. During this time, I handled general, civil, commercial and corporate litigation. I have assisted and conducted various hearings and trials across all levels of the Court. This includes handling heavily contested applications, appeals and various modes of execution of judgment.I read in the Chambers of Messrs Zain & Co. During this period, I have assisted Partners and Associates by attending to matters in both litigation and corporate departments with specific focus in general litigation, land acquisition/land reference, employment/industrial court matter, and corporate restructuring exercises. Other interests include Investment, Legaltech and Fintech.Previously, I completed my Bar Professional Training Course in Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University and volunteered as a paralegal in a regional chambers specialising in immigration law, human rights and judicial review.
