EFKON UK was set up in 2006 to bring EFKON's capabilities to the UK market, and to create a "solution centre"​ harnessing the company's global capabilities to create integrated solutions for road usage charging, traffic congestion management, safety, mobility and environmental benefits.

Building of consultancy and software/systems business in the Intelligent Transport Sector, utilising company skills in defence and space engineering.
