Sr. Vice President, Head Of Business Consulting
• Accountable for delivering key business metrics such as revenue, billability, margin, delivery of service, and client satisfaction for the US Business Consulting organization• Set the direction to support the broad business objectives; taking a long term view of the corporate and business environments to establish the business model and direction to meet the evolving challenges• Directly Responsible for the Heath Care/Life Sciences, Insurance, Telco, Media, Info Services, and Diversified Consulting lines of business • Drive $30+M of direct consulting and pull-through revenue across multiple vertical segments – Financial Services, Insurance, Media/Entertainment, and Diversified Industries• Create, review and effectively present and negotiate MSAs and SOWs • Accountable for the smooth and effective development and deployment of multiple concurrent, complex strategy, operations and application development projects to a diverse client base• Responsible for client relationship management across a portfolio of accounts (primarily in the Financial Services, Insurance, and Entertainment sectors), and identifies, cultivates, and secures new accounts through both direct and indirect sales efforts• Manage customer expectations and escalations, ensuring that a clear, well thought out action plan is developed and executed to insure a successful conclusion • Mentor and coach team members, hire and develop key talent, and manage performance • Develop organization structure and manage processes to provide an outstanding customer experience and satisfaction • Continue to form and develop US Business Consulting from a practice of 120 professionals to 200+ in 3 years • Manage the operational components of the businesses, bookings forecasting, billings forecasting, utilization, and resource management
