Franchise Specialist (Enterprise Accounts)
Current• Strategically manage and expand a portfolio of merchant clients, driving retention and growth through proactive relationship management and tailor-made solutions.• Participate in RFPs and present on strategic initiatives to align client needs with organizational objectives.• Conduct comprehensive Business Reviews and Weekly Status calls to provide Franchise clients with technical and regulatory updates, fostering strong client relationships and trust.• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless client support, addressing day-to-day needs and resolving issues efficiently to maintain high service standards.• Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services, driving revenue growth and enhancing the client's value proposition.• Utilize advanced data analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning.• Proactively identify and advocate for system and product enhancements, presenting value-added solutions to clients to improve their transaction processing performance.• Represent the company at national trade shows and conferences, engaging with clients and industry leaders to expand the company's market presence and client network.• Maintain a comprehensive portfolio database system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records to monitor performance metrics and support strategic decision-making.
