This is my focus, and this is the mission of SCG Recruiting, a boutique search firm successfully connecting Legal and Accounting talent with exceptional employers in the metro NYC and Long Island areas.When I’m not working, I can be found herding goats with my daughter in Suffolk County 4-H, sideline supporter at my sons sports games, binge watching Netflix series or Amazon Prime series with my wife, and biking, hiking, and spending summer weekends on Saratoga Lake in the Adirondacks.My prior roles include over 10 years in account management and project development in the marketing, HR support/staffing, contingent labor, payroll, and recruitment advertising/Human Resource communications industries. Another 10 years were spent in the healthcare marketplace, starting with implementation and operational leadership in RCM/medical billing, then transitioning into sales and consulting in the PM/EHR and mobile charge capture solution space. I've worked with Fortune 500 companies to boot-strapped startups, hospitals to mom and pop businesses, and everything in between. I've had my hands in many facets of building, nurturing and supporting businesses, clients and colleagues, and enjoy using that experience to help people and businesses grow and thrive.
