During my former role as outside legal counsel, I worked with commercial real estate lenders, landlords, tenants, servicers and owners across the United States, in a wide range of products and through every market cycle. This experience includes creating, implementing and managing +17 development, leasing, lending and distressed debt programs - including database driven reporting services. Most recently, at Saxony, I led an initiative that successfully trained artificial intelligence to collect information for use in the preparation of the home loan (closing) package.
